Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping charges for orders placed on this site are calculated based on the country of destination of your order, the total weight and the delivery location. This is because the charges are based on the weight of the order, not the number of items purchased.
Orders with multiple items will normally be charged less shipping than if they were purchased individually. Shipping charges include carrier costs (including fuel surcharges), handling, and processing fees and are subject to change without notice.
Depending on the total weight, the value of your order, and delivery location, different shipping methods will be available. Prior to checkout, while viewing your cart you will be offered the opportunity to enter a destination zip code to determine available shipping methods and charges. During checkout, you will also be allowed to choose your desired shipping method. A small percentage of orders may have only one shipping method available.

Standard Shipping:Shipping Time 10-15 Day (10-15 Business Days)
Express Shipping:Shipping Time 5-7 Day (5-7 Business Days)
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 3-7 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
（Custom size dance dresses have a processing time of 15-20 days before shipping.）
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

We encourage customers to inspect and try on all items as soon as they are delivered as standard size item and most accessories are only returnable within 30 days of delivery. Jewelry and headpieces are only returnable within 7 days of delivery.
All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with their tags still attached. Returned items are refunded the amount paid for the items along with applicable taxes but shipping and any rush fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. Refunds will be rejected for any items arriving back with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.
-Custom Size Clothing：Custom dance clothing are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips and height). That means no one else will be able to wear that dance dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dance dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.
-Ready to Ship item
-Contact us（email@example.com) and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
-Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the original order
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

-We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff. Please do not ship items back without approval first. Orders sent back to us without approval will be rejected.
-We do not offer a return label in the event that there is no problem with the quality of the product.
-Danceandsway will issue a full refund including tax and shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items as long as we are notified within 30 days of delivery to you. If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team(email@example.com) directly for assistance with the following information. Our customer service team can be reached here. After 30 days, we may not be able to process a full refund.
-Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. danceandswaycannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to danceandsway.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
-We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
-Once initiated, refunds generally take 5-7 days to be processed on our end but it may take your financial institution an additional week or so to get the funds back into your account. We’ll email you a confirmation once the refund is posted on our end.
-Refunds/Exchange only begin once a returned package has been scanned back into our warehouse. It can generally take a few weeks for a return to arrive back and be processed back into our warehouse.
-The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
-While we accept returns of standard size within a designated window, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for customers who return more than 3 items.
-Please remember that most Danceandsawy products are made to order to help reduce environmental waste. (Keeping prices low for our customers) We charge these fees and these fees are automatically deducted from your refund amount.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS:
-We reserve the right to define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to but not limited to:
Irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing."
Irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, missing items.
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
-Bulk orders with multiple sizes/variations of items of the same type.
