On 1st March 2025 I ordered -
Women's Leatherette, Customised Heels, Ballroom Dance Shoes.
Colour selected - white.
Size: US 9.5/UK 7/EU 41/CN 42
Heel selected: 7733#(2inch/5cm)-Cuban Heel
I received the parcel on 13th March. Before the expected date. There is a clear tracking page in relation to the status of the delivery.
The shoes were carefully packaged, and each shoe was wrapped in a separate bag. There was a complimentary shoe travel bag and a spare buckle. The inner lining is cushioned and extremely comfortable. There is a non-slip sole which is effective. Beautiful design and skill in the craft/making the shoe.
A few points for consideration -
If a customer is a comfortable size 6 or 6.5 (in U.K.) size, I would recommend ordering a size 7 (U.K.) especially if you have a slightly wider foot.
If a customer is not used to wearing high heels or has not worn heels for quite a while this style and size of heel i.e. (2inch/5cm)-Cuban Heel is ideal. You may need to take some time to walk around or even try a few practice steps for that special event e.g. as a wedding guest, but they are incredibly comfortable and still have the feeling of elegance even though the heel may be slightly lower than worn in previous years.
The care in the packaging was a high standard. For some customers who may be sensitive to the smell of glue - you may need to open the box in a room with a window open and leave the shoes out for a while. The smell does not last long and was absolute proof the shoes had been made recently.

It took many weeks to find a suitable shoe to wear to a wedding.
A few health conditions have impacted the items of clothes I can wear. I used to go to a dancing school many decades ago and would never have dreamed that one day I would have a bespoke design pair of dance shoes. A wonderful gift.

I have to put orthotics inside my dance shoes and these always work for me

This is such a stunning dress. I bought mine in red and when I made a mistake on my measurements they called me to verify and confirm my measurements and we were able to resolve it. The amount of love Karen and attention that this company has provided me with this beyond belief. They are very professional very kind human beings and I am blown away by the quality of their products! I am definitely one of their number one fans, every dancer should consider getting their costume from Dance and Sway! Cheers to my salsa and samba girlies! This is the dress they will never forget.

I wear a US size 7 and these fit well. There is a tiny bit of room for my toes, but not enough for me to need to size down. I love the red metallic design and have received many compliments at the dance studio.

Ordered these shoes twice. Second pair had the sole start to come off after wearing them three times. Reached out to customer service and a new pair was ordered for me in less than 24 hours, completely free. Super kind workers.
Great for social dancing as well as competition. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love it! Love leopard print and fringe and this skirt has both plus I can tie it to my own size and liking. Winner!

These shoes are great quality and fit extremely well. The design is sleek and attractive, and I have received many compliments at my classes on them.

These shoes are cute and the color is great! I wanted to add some fun to my practice shoes and these are definitely it. I will say I wish I sized down by a 1/2 because they do stretch after breaking in.
