Shoes are as described and pictured. True to size, ordered my usual 7.5. Wore them twice to dance class and are comfortable. Received compliments. I have narrow feet and find them to be roomy in the front, but still has enough support. Yes, will get scratches on the white lacquered part. Wish company would offer 2.5” heel option. I purchased the 2 3/4 and they are a wee high for me but didn't want 2.1”. Good shoe and would recommend.
