Really comfortable shoes to wear, fast shipping. I'll order again in the future is I need.
I bought a pair of shoes for dance lessons. I followed the company sizing chart, re-measured my feet even when I knew their length, and followed their size chart based on the measurements, which indicated to size up. The shoes still didn’t fit me. So be aware of the chart size not being accurate. Shipping took longer than with other online purchases, so I ended buying a different pair of shoes while waiting for these. When they finally arrived and didn’t fit, I reached out to the company’s return services and they replied that I had to send picture of the shoes showing they are not used. I did so and still received another answer making the return more complicated. I find their size chart inaccurate and their return policy very difficult, mostly when comparing to every online service I ever used before. I don’t return purchased items very often, but when done so, every company but this one made the process easier. I will never buy from this company again and I do not recommend it either. There are so many more out there with more friendly interaction with their costumers.
